Submission Guide

 

Full paper should be written in English or Chinese language. Please submit your submissions as a word document via EasyChair submission system. All submissions will be subject to a double-blind review process.

Key dates are:

• 15 June 2024         Paper submission deadline

• 30 June 2024         Notification of acceptance/rejection for first-round

• 10 August 2024     Deadline for authors to submit final manuscript for publication

• 20 July 2024          Deadline for early bird register

• 10 August 2024     Deadline for at least one author of each paper to register for DHA 2024

Manuscript type

• Comprehensive research papers

• Short articles (e.g., conceptual paper, case study, research note, healthcare statistics summary, and clinical report)

Formatting
Submissions that do not follow the guidelines will be rejected without review.
 

• Language: All manuscripts must be in English or Chinese language.

• Suggested Length: Comprehensive research papers must not exceed ten (10) single-spaced pages and short articles must not exceed six (6) single-spaced pages. The page limit includes everything – the cover page (which contains the title, abstract and keywords), all text, figures, tables, references, and appendices.

• Author Information: The manuscripts submitted for review MUST NOT contain any author information, as the review process is double-blind. A manuscript that is not anonymous will be rejected without review.

• Page Numbering: Please include page numbers in manuscripts submitted for review. Page numbers should be removed from the final, camera-ready version of accepted papers.

• File Format: Manuscripts submitted for review should be in the pdf format. Make sure that your manuscript is formatted as required by DHA 2024, by downloading and using the word file which could be used as a template.
